Returns & Exchanges Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items, provided the following conditions are met:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- 30-Day Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return, refund, or size exchange.
- Item Condition: To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in new condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

- To initiate a return, please contact us at digiulio.enquiries@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any other relevant details.
- Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you further instructions.

Western Australia- Return Shipping Cost: All returns and exchanges are at the customer’s expense.
- Proof of Return: You must send your return via a tracked service. A tracking number and proof of delivery must be provided to digiulio.enquiries@gmail.com in order to process your refund or exchange.
- Unapproved Returns: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds & Exchanges

Processing Time: Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If you request an exchange, the replacement item will be sent once the returned item is received and inspected.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
